1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Definite Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Definite Media provides digital marketing, branding, web development, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in project agreements. Definite Media retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Definite Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
